    The Goshen Local School District is located in a suburban community approximately twenty-four miles east of Cincinnati on State Route 28 in both Warren and Clermont Counties. Clermont County is the second fastest growing county in the state of Ohio. Goshen's location provides the scenic, natural beauty of rural southwestern Ohio and yet is close enough to afford access to all of Cincinnati's metropolitan resources. This community offers public parks, golf courses, and lakes that provide ample opportunities for family outings.

    With the building of more and more new homes in Goshen, the district is experiencing growth and change. The assessed value of residential property in Goshen has doubled since 1988.

    Proximity to nearby colleges makes it possible for residents to take advantage of course work both on main campuses and through extension courses. Colleges and universities that are easily accessible: Chatfield College, Cincinnati State, the College of Mount Saint Joseph, ITT Technical Institute, Miami University, Thomas More College, Northern Kentucky University, Wilmington College, University of Cincinnati, and Xavier University.
