GMS Food Drive

Goshen Middle School's National Junior Honor Society sponsored a canned food drive. The food collected was donated to Goshen United Methodist Church for their food pantry. The students and staff collected 1800 canned and nonperishable food items in a two week period. The winning grade level, eighth grade, will be awarded the Spirit Stick that they get to keep until the next school-wide contest. The winning homeroom, Mrs. Fine's, will be given a pizza party. The student who brought in the most food items, Erica Tomes, will receive a Skyline lunch from the GMS PTO. The Goshen Middle School National Junior Honor Society would like to thank everyone involved for their donations and support.

Goshen Middle School is proud to have two groups that have been recognized by the Southwest Region Ohio School Board Association’s Student Achievement Fair: Warrior U Student Achievement and Goshen Middle School STEM. Accepting the awards for the two groups is Lisa Edwards, Gina Taylor, and building principal Andrea Conner for STEM instructor Judy Wilson.
