The Cincinnati Enquirer has named Goshen Local Schools a Top Workplace again for 2024, the seventh year in a row the district has earned the award.
The award is given based solely on feedback gathered through an anonymous third-party survey given to staff. The survey measures several job satisfaction aspects like workplace culture, connection, performance, benefits and more.
This year's overall workplace experience score was 83%, according to this year’s survey results. That is up five points over last year, and is 10 points above benchmark.
