Spaulding families, thank you for another wonderful turnout for our January service project to support the Ronald McDonald House! We collected a total of 12 gallon sized bags of pop tabs (each bag is approximately 2.5 pounds, each pound is about 1,267 tabs) thats 38,000 pop tabs!

Mrs. Drees classes studied the Law of Conservation of Matter by making Rootbeer Floats. We made two different floats, checking to see if it made a difference in the foam if we put the rootbeer on top of the ice cream of the ice cream into the rootbeer. We measured each ingredient separately then the combined float to see if the weight was different. Then, at the end, we got to drink our experiments!
