What is Visitor Aware?
Visitor Aware is a visitor management and screening service designed specifically to help secure schools.
Visitor Aware is used to ensure that only safe visitors are granted access to our school buildings and students. This provides an additional layer of security for your children by validating the identities of anyone entering the premises, determining if they are a potential threat, and keeping accurate records of all school visits.

Picking up your students at the end of the day.
Visitor Aware's car line pickup tool uses name and address information to connect authorized adults with their students, creating a safe, secure, efficient pickup process.
How it works
Adults authorized to pick up one or more students must fill out a registration form.
VisitorAware connects the information on the registration form with Goshen's student information system, ensuring that only authorized adults are connected to students.
VisitorAware sends each adult a QR code via text message and email.
The QR code is valid only for the adult who filled out the form. Each additional authorized adult should fill out the form to create their own QR code.
Authorized adults bring the QR code at the daily pickup line (you can print it or simply have it saved on your phone).
GLSD pickup line staff will scan the QR code, at which time building staff is alerted that the student is ready to be sent out.
How to register
Each building has a unique registration form. Select your building below.
If you have children in more than one building, you do not need to register multiple times.
